What does the group coaching curriculum include?

Week 1 – Clarifying Your Aim: Getting Clear on Your Career Direction

We begin with a comprehensive personal workbook to guide your reflections around what you’re looking for in your next chapter. You’ll align your values with your career goals and gain access to two assessments that help identify your transferable skills and how to apply them in non-clinical roles. This work sets the foundation for a thoughtful, values-based transition.

Week 2- Work Smarter, Not Harder: Networking and Career Search Strategies

Many non-clinical roles aren’t posted the way traditional clinical jobs are — which is why networking is one of the most critical skills to build. We’ll guide you through using LinkedIn as a powerful tool for learning about new roles and expanding your professional network, while also providing modern job search strategies to improve your outcomes.

Week 3 – Speak to Your Value: Skills Translation

One of the toughest challenges in this transition is translating clinical expertise into non-clinical language. We’ll give you a proven framework, informed by hiring managers and transition coaches, to help you confidently speak to your value in ways that resonate with recruiters and hiring teams across health tech and adjacent industries.

Week 4 – Set Yourself Apart: Competitive Applications – Resume Building and Cover Letters

We’ve partnered with Katie Huggins of The Career Cultivator to provide you with an exclusive 90-minute resume and cover letter course, included with your cohort registration.

Week 5 – Talk the Talk: Interview Prep

In this interactive session, Lauren and Kylie will lead a live mock interview workshop where you’ll get the chance to practice answering common non-clinical interview questions related to your area of interest. You’ll receive real-time feedback to help you refine your responses, strengthen your storytelling, and build the confidence needed to position yourself as a standout candidate in your next interview.

Week 6 – Create Your Plan: Chart Your Next Steps Toward Your Goals

Career pivots don’t happen overnight — and they don’t end when this program does. In our final coaching session, we’ll help you develop a personalized action plan to carry the momentum forward. You’ll leave with tools, clarity, and a focused roadmap for the months ahead.

What dates and times are the live sessions during the course?

During your course, we will meet typically every other Wednesday at 8:30pm ET/ 7:30pm CT/ 6:30pm MT/ 5:30pm PT

What if I miss one of the live sessions?

No worries! Although we feel it is important to be with us during our live sessions, we understand things come up!

All of our sessions are recorded and posted for you to view at any point during the course!

How much individual support and access is provided during the group coaching?

We offer a hybrid model that combines weekly live group coaching with ongoing personalized support. Throughout the cohort, you’ll have direct access to our coaches (Kylie and Lauren) via Slack for 1:1 feedback, encouragement, and guidance tailored to your path. We also host office hours for additional live support outside of the group sessions.

What makes your service stand out from others?

Our coaching is specifically built for clinicians and healthcare professionals who are navigating a transition into non-traditional roles. We blend structured programming with deep, human-centered support. Our alumni often say the community, clarity, and confidence they gain is what sets us apart—along with our strong industry network and real job placement results.

How do you ensure you’re the right fit for my specific goals?

We start each cohort with a goal-setting and values-alignment session to make sure we understand your unique needs and ambitions. We’re also happy to hop on a quick call before you apply to discuss your background and confirm if we’re the right fit—we never want to bring someone into the program if we’re not confident we can support their goals.

Is your coaching personalized or a standardized program?

It’s both! Each week includes a live session with a specific focus (like resume writing, networking, or interview prep), but our guidance, feedback, and action plans are always tailored to you. No two clinicians take the same path—and we build in the flexibility to honor that.

What is your success rate?

Of the cohort members we’ve worked with, over 60% have landed jobs. Our alumni are now working in roles like Customer Success, Program Management, Clinical Onboarding, and Telehealth across startups like ZocDoc, Prompt, Augment Therapy, Korro AI, Kandu, and more.

How long does it take a typical student to find a new career?

It varies based on the starting point, but many of our alumni land roles between 3–6 months after completing the cohort—some even sooner. We continue to support alumni long after the course is over, and many have landed second roles or promotions through connections and skills built in the program.
