Next Level is Collective Coaching’s newest advanced program for clinicians who are ready to move beyond landing a non-clinical role and begin leading at a higher level.
Created in partnership with Adam Swartz of Dynamic Practice Solutions, this pilot program launches April 29, 2026 and provides an immersive learning experience focused on the leadership and strategic skills required to thrive in healthtech and other non-clinical healthcare industries.
Participants will engage in a structured performance laboratory designed to help them practice high-stakes leadership skills in a supportive environment. Through guided exercises, real-world scenarios, and applied feedback, clinicians will learn how to turn their clinical expertise into measurable organizational impact.
The program focuses on five core leadership pillars:
Executive communication
Strategic decision-making
Data fluency
Project ownership
Organizational influence
Through applied practice, leadership assessments, and real-world simulations, participants will gain the repetitions needed to build confidence, strengthen executive presence, and lead effectively across cross-functional teams.
Next Level is designed to help clinicians break through the “clinical glass ceiling” by developing the strategic mindset, communication skills, and leadership capabilities required to grow into influential roles across healthtech, digital health, medtech, and healthcare innovation.
For Collective Coaching alumni and clinicians ready to elevate their impact, Next Level bridges the gap between entering a new industry and truly leading within it.
