We’re Kylie and Lauren, the founders of Collective Coaching and both occupational therapists who’ve made the transition from traditional clinical care into non-clinical roles. Together, we bring over a decade of experience across medical device, medical technology, digital health, and adjacent healthcare industries. We’ve lived the pivot ourselves, and we built Collective Coaching to support clinicians who are exploring what’s next beyond the clinic.

Collective Coaching exists to help healthcare professionals—OTs, PTs, SLPs, nurses, and others—navigate career transitions with clarity, strategy, and confidence, without losing sight of their clinical expertise.

This podcast is an extension of that mission. Our podcast channel features a mix of conversations hosted by Kylie and Lauren alongside AI-powered podcast hosts, allowing us to consistently deliver practical, on-demand insights at scale.
